Gender selection
When doing a test (at least when choosing German language) the only genders that can be selected are "male/ female". I find that out of date and more options should be offered. In our company this is perceived negatively and damages the trust in the tool.

Can you please provide more information about where you are seeing this experience? This is listed within Design, but we do not represent an employee's gender within the Design module. Any clarity you can provide would be much appreciated. -

Eva BroichHello, thanks for getting back.
The gender selection comes up when the user starts doing the PI test.
This might not be in Design but please can you direct it to the right section (as I do not know where the user fields are being administered).
Thank you! -

Alison GrizzleI get this in theory. But, we need to be careful. Some bigger companies like that PI has NO DATA COLLECTION other than name and email address. I have a client that would have to jump through hoops if the software collected any personally identifiable information. It would change how the software was approved. For them, it would potentially make the software un-purchasable We have to understand consequences to companies that have large compliance departments.

Alex Tompkins AdminThank you Alison and Eva. Currently, Gender selection is only available when any other language than 'English' is selected on the Assessment site. With time, Gender selection on the assessment site will be going away entirely when every customer is upgraded to PI2 (regardless of language selected).
