avoid duplicate assessments for the same person when existing
Issue to address: avoid duplicate assessments for the same person when existing but not visible to the user due.
When users have access to some folders only, the risk of the user to create a new person when this one actually already exists with assessment done, but this one is not visible as stored in a different folder to which the user don’t have access (non-visible).
Solution: the name of existing PI assessment to be visible when using the search or when creating a person. Ideally showing it exists indicating the folder path. This would allow larger client with many users who have limited access to folders to see if the person exist instead of creating a new person

YES! It was bad in legacy even worse in PI2, especially when BSID controls are in place. People have access, they search, they don't find and there is no indicator that maybe the person is there and they just don't have access so they assume they haven't completed and send a new assessment. What we've found is that when client users that don't have access to send assessment in hire run into this they reach out to a friendly recruiter and get them to send it from Hire.
IT'S A HUGE PROBLEM - a nice little error/info message - even icons could help. Client assessment counts are going up unneccesarily because of all these duplicates.
