Change reset password option

The email generated for new users does not always make it through spam filters. I have had dozens of users that this happens to. We have to contact Customer Service to send a temporary password manually in order for them to get access. I would suggest having either a better email address that gets through spam filters or a place where passwords can be reset within the software.

Here it's quite common to receive a temporary code via text (phone) when you have to log in somewhere or reset your password so perhaps that's an option to consider?
