Clarify User Experience for Sending Assessments vs. Adding Users
We’re consistently hearing from both native PI2 clients and those who have recently upgraded that the user experience for sending assessments versus adding users is confusing and unintuitive. New users are frequently and unintentionally inviting individuals to the platform when they only intend to send an assessment. This has led to significant frustration, especially for new clients, as this process is often their first interaction with the PI2 platform. Improving the clarity and flow of this functionality would go a long way in reducing user error and ensuring a more positive first impression of the PI experience.

I even made this mistake when one of my first client's migrated to PI2 software. The last thing we want to do is invite people to the software and then take access away! -

Beth FrielThe whole process of adding users is very clunky in PI2. In Legacy you could just go to the User tab and create a User in one step. In PI2 you need to Invite the User, have them accept then go back in and update access levels. In addition, you need to change their email to the domain if the email address does not conform. In some cases, the domain has changed over time so you have to go to Org Admin and add another domain to get this done. Very confusing for both the client and the consultant.
