Upgraded clients--what happens to cognitive scores for employees
I got clarification on how cognitive scores are handled in PI2. When a candidate completes the cognitive assessment and is marked as "Hired" in the software, their behavioral assessment is copied to Inspire. However, their candidate profile remains attached to the original job in Hire, so their reports are still accessible there. At the same time, a new Inspire profile is created for that person.
This raises the question: what happens to cognitive scores during an upgrade for employees who previously completed the assessment? No cognitive scores are visible in Inspire. I was told the cognitive score isn’t deleted, but it’s no longer visible in the software. If a client contacts User Operations, the result can be restored—but it requires creating a new profile in Hire, which would be separate from the Inspire profile.
This is very clunky and not a good experience for our existing clients.

Thank you for the suggestion. This work is in development and should be released in Q2 2025. Admins will be able to download employee data in a CSV file. COG scores will be an optional field to include in the download. -

Becca VanDerveerHi Dave, thanks for your response. Does that mean to have the cognitive data back in the software the client would need to manually upload employee cognitive data?

Josh WellsAre we saying the clients will not be able to view the employee cognitive data in the software? Trying to help a client find her employees cognitive data post upgrade.

Beth FrielMy converted client has been looking for Employee Cognitive Assessments but can't find them. There is no option for a cognitive report. Creating a CSV file is something but a degradation in software functionality from Legacy. We have to deal with all the complaints and explaining this will be another cringy experience.
