Alphabetize by LAST name in Employee Directory.
Last names are more likely to be better identifiers. Note that someone could be listed as Charles or Charlie or Charley or Chuck, if you even know a person's first name. And how many of those might one have to sift through to find the proper last name. Further, if the organization has a few thousand employees, it becomes a thorough waste of time. But, if the last name is Brown, then the field is narrowed considerably to find Charles, Charlie, Charley or Chuck.

Yes and while you are at it please extend this naming convention to all the PDF Report file names. When you are doing a workshop and need to organize the data to hand it out - NO ONE expects it by first name, especially since a lot of people don't want to go by their first name.
