Create Teams in other areas of the platform
There needs to be a way to still create Teams without jumping into Design. That is what happens when i try to create a team it jumps to DESIGN. We have clients who only have HIRE and INSPIRE so they still need to create teams, When you go to Analytics it doesn't allow you to name a team then add participants in PI2.

Jodie Cunningham MergedClients would like the option to save a group of names (previously called a Team in legacy) so they can easily launch an Analytics graph without having to type the same names every time they would like to see the graph. Currently, there is no way to save their work.

Alex Tompkins Admin MergedMoving to the Administration board. As this use case can be applied to multiple modules. I know we use it a single way in Legacy, but we have application for multiple in PI2.

Eric LampedecchioI am a client and I came here to request the same! The removal of the capability to build and save teams due to an "upgrade" is disappointing.

Tamra BoucherAgree with the comments from Kim and Eric. Analytics is a powerful tool. The inability to create a group in order to get analytics is frustrating and results in either unnecessary work or forgoing the insights altogether.
We just helped a client in a data-gathering and comparison project that has taken more than a full day and multiple employees involved to do something that could have done much more quickly if we could have created groups in PI2 and then run analytics. -

Beth Friel MergedIn Legacy, clients can create Teams (under the Browse menu) and see Team details and enter the team name in Group Analytics. Many of my clients do this especially for their managers. In PI2, a team can only be created if they have a Design subscription. This is a drastic loss of functionality for clients and I have had to delay upgrades because of it.

Becca VanDerveer MergedThis is such a downgrade from Legacy for our clients. Clients and consultants have been requesting this for over a year or more and we've seen little traction on this critical feature. Please provide an update.

Beth Friel MergedMost of my clients organize Employees by folder. The folder may or may not be the same as a Manager. For instance, when they want to download reports for a group, they could create a folder for that group (e.g. Training). The other option is to create a Team but that doesn't work for those without Design. For large customers, this is critical as Updating Managers to keep things clean is a herculean task. This doesn't mean that access needs to be attached to a folder, it just is for organization purposes.

Mark Johnson MergedIts difficult to explain this loss of functionality to a client. The justification in the Documentation Center says this was for " data hygene" purposes. What does that mean? Can an update on this please be published?
