PI2 User Access
When clients are upgraded to Inspire 2, all employees are automatically granted access as Inspire users, so they can see any other employee's behavioral report AND how they compare to their job target (when the coaching guide becomes available). We are concerned about the visibility this gives employees at various levels who may not be trained to interpret, use, and respect the PI data.
Please disable access to everyone except Account Owners and Admin so they can grant individual access to the appropriate users and ensure those individuals are adequately prepared to use the platform.

Moving this to the 'administration' board. There is a suggestion in that board that deals with BA Visibility and Permissions. The use case highlighted here will fall into that body of work. -

Julie Hagovsky MergedCurrently in PI 2.0 all users are given access to all the BA data in the folders in Inspire. Many of our clients created subfolders in Legacy to give individual leaders access to the BA"s of their team members insights (vs. access to the entire organization) . We would like the capability to be transferred over to 2.0 to give specific access to subfolders in client folders vs. all users having access to all the data.

Nancy Hopkins MergedWould love to know the thinking behind the decision to do away with the client's folder system in PI2. Our clients have spent significant time foldering their system over the years. We spent a week transferring a child account into the parent account just to keep it separate. That PI has made the decision to do away with these folder designations and join everyone in the Employee folder is a huge mistake. This should be addressed soonest.

Roy Miller MergedIn legacy we were able to provide Read Only Access to specific folders so members of Team would be able to the PI data related to their team only not all employees. I.e. The Marketing Team would have access to the Marketing folder only to see all employee data for those in Marketing but not the rest of the organization. Many organization do not want everyone all the PIs in the system.

Travis MergedIt would be great if it was possible to customize which profiles people at the staff level can view. Currently, everyone can see everyone's profile. It would be better if you could restrict profile view access for staff on specific teams.

SamanthaJust wanted to request if there was a way to setup a access level between Product Admin and Org Admin. I would like my staff to be able to make any changes to employees and be able to archive terminated employees, but not make changes to our plan level. Our team is small and we can talk through that, but just wanted to recommend that as you guys continue to make updates to the system.
