Deleting profiles
There is only an archiving option. No option to delete profiles.
And while, I do not recommend deleting profiles of people. There are legitimate reasons to delete a profile such as, after a test or demo. When there are accidental typos in the email, etc.

Here is an example of the benefit of deleting profiles we've encountered numerous times: duplicate names with Pending Assessments (due to a data entry errors). -

Michael Caminiti AdminHey Becca - thanks so much for this suggestion! I wanted to follow up here and let you know that we have released anonymization capabilities into PI2. With this, you can 'delete' employee records as well as candidate records completely from the software and our databases as needed.
