Elisabeth FrielMy clients use this - especially when a company is either 'spun off' or acquired by another PI client. I wanted to be able to use it to populate my business account with demo data. So frustrating.

Alison Grizzle MergedNot being able to have an option to add by BSID makes it difficult to 1) add in data of someone who did the assessment as a Demo in Legacy 2) add in someone who came from another company 3) add in data that was inadvertently deleted by the system or a user.

Shannon Colbert MergedThe current workflow for copying prospect BAs from legacy to the client PI2 account does not retain the original assessment date. If we could add employees by BSID we could upload prospect BAs into the new client PI2 account with the original assessment date.

Alex Tompkins Admin MergedHi Shannon - We moved this to the administration board as this is more of a platform level feature. I'm also going to merge this with an existing feature request. It's actually on the roadmap and we're planning on tackling this before Q2. Thank you.

Hero Frenzel MergedIn PI2, the only way to add by BA Score ID is to send the assessment invite out and have the assessment taker put in their own Score ID. This creates unnecessary back and forth and too many steps. We strongly recommend the ability to add by BA Score ID for admins in the Inspire module.

Erik Herman MergedIn PI2 you cannot enter a BA via Score ID in INSPIRE. You have to send a BA request to the person then they have to enter their Score ID manually. Please give the ability for us & clients to enter BAs via Score ID as we had prior.

Sheena Burt MergedCan we please have the ability to add to Inspire with a BSID? The only option in Inspire right now is to send a BA to an employee of the organization. I haven't figured out how to add by BSID without going through a Job in the Hire module and then moving the employee over to Inspire by marking them hired. Or, sending them an email through Inspire first and then adding by BSID in Hire, which automatically syncs up with their pending BA in Inspire. (We should be able to do it without actually sending a BA link via email to the employee). This is important when we close new client software deals, where a majority of the leadership team has taken the BA recently in some fashion and we want to update their new software with their BA information.

Rhonda HollowayWe need this and while they are working on it, there is a little workaround, not helpful in the big client situations noted below but if you have a handful you can use the Bulk Employee upload template, to create the Blank Employee Record - just make sure you don't request they take an assessment from the upload. Then in Org Admin - Manage Assessments - you can enter the BSID and Date. Like I said it's not helpful when you have a ton but it works if there is only a handful.
