HRIS integration - Bi-Directional Data Flow
Need interface with systems like WorkDay for larger clients to seamlessly populate employee and manager relationships from organization chart etc.
Client would want an easy way to pull PI data (Perform goals data/1:1 data) to their LMS and HRIS systems because a few of the clients mentioned they are heavily integrated with their HRIS but can use Perform data for Performance Appraisals.

Sonya WeilandPI2 Training mentions integrations with ADP for HRIS, but it is not listed on the catalog. Client is asking for integration of their HRIS (ADP) to keep their manager data accurate/timely.

Stefano Hernandez AdminFeedback from Ashish: I heard from another Perform Essentials prospect that they want to have the ability to sync Perform data (specifically workspace data) with their HRIS, so when they do reviews in their HRIS, they have all the data in front of them. Even in a case they wanna pull data from last 4-5 years, they are able to do that.
