UKG Integration
I would like to suggest that you work on a integration with UKG (and other HCMs) that would allow for the systems to communicate regarding employee profile changes such as manager, title or employment status. This would help streamline the folder maintenance process in the PI system.

I hope in 2.0 UKG is on the table as one of our clients with UKG asked their rep who said PI isn't on their list of integrated partners and suggested another assessment tool to replace PI. Thankfully this client didn't want to change but makes you wonder... -

Jamie Whited AdminHi Ashley! We actually do integrate with UKG and other ATS/HR systems. However, note that we do not develop these in-house. You would need to have an in-house developer or use a third party vendor such as Joynd or Freespring to develop and manage the integration.
