Add a note in the BA instruction that gender choice will not impact results

If you complete a BA in any other language than English, you are requested to choose gender. We already have a note explaining that language choice will not be reflected in the results - please add a similar note for gender choice.

I have numerous clients who can't understand why we don't have gender neutral reports.
As part of the growing DEI focus and attention this is becoming a bigger and bigger item.
