Adjust the email address that the assessments come from
For far too many clients, they report that the assessment takers are not seeing the emails to take the assessments. With the security conscious public, this can be related to the 'noreply' as the username portion of the sending email...gets auto shifted to spam or even deleted (depending on the security settings). Suggest a username such as 'assessment' or similar.

Pete BaranAgreed. The emails seem to regularly be going into the assessment takers "junk email" folders. There definitely seems to be something that PI is doing in the way they send emails that is getting flagged as spam!

Beth FrielI have started advising all my clients to use Invite by Link because this is such a common problem.

Shellie HalsteadThe invite by link advice is great, but only works for the behavioral assessment.

RhondaShellie, at least in 1.0, you can create an OI link that will auto-send the CA as soon as someone completes the BA. Apparently won't work that way in 2.0, but you can do it now for clients in 1.0.

Rhonda HollowayThese emails are annoying and often get caught in SPAM it's helped a lot that we make the link below part of our Admin onboarding.
--------
Please share this link along with your IT department to ensure all the necessary domains are safe-listed. This will help ensure that emails from the PI software go through with no issues.

While we are at it we also add any domains that we use to try an nip this early on in the process. Also try to remind people at various other times in the year in case things change.
