Group Analytics - Make Available for Inspire Only Users
Previously Group Analytics was going to be available in all PI2 accounts, including Inspire-only accounts. Please make it available for those who have Inspire only access.

Megan Antonelli AdminHi Meggan, thank you for your suggestion. Group Analytics is currently available at the platform level (including Inspire-only accounts) for Admin users.

Meggan FlahertyIt seems the current setup assumes Admins are the only ones who need access to Group Analytics. That’s not what we’re hearing from clients.
Many deliberately limit Admin access, not to restrict visibility, but to control platform permissions. Limited-access users already see behavioral data for their teams and colleagues. Group Analytics doesn’t introduce new information. It simply organizes what’s already available. This is not the same as Cognitive data, which rightly requires tighter control.
By locking Group Analytics behind Admin-only permissions, we’re adding friction where clients are asking for flexibility.
A couple of paths:
1. Make Group Analytics available to all Inspire users
2. Allow Admins to manage a toggle that grants access to Limited users
Both options preserve client control while giving users the tools they need without expanding Admin privileges. -

Clayton RamseyAgree with the above ↑
Analytics shouldn't be locked behind Admin permissions. I would suggest dropping it down to standard user permissions. They aren't moving any data around
