Add completion date in the EE directory

I have had multiple clients ask how they can view completion dates or sort by completion date in the EE directory. The only field you can export and sort by is "modified by" and this is not the same as completion date. It is also difficult when there are duplicate employees as you don't know which assessment is the most recent or oldest as you cannot see the date.
