Alphabetising Names: First Name versus Last Name

Within the PI2 software, why are names only alphabetized using first names? We need the option to have them listed via last name, too. If you can only do one of the options, it should be by last name.

Colleen EdmondsonI just had a PI2 client complain about this yesterday as they had trouble locating an employee. The employee went by a nickname, but when the employee completed the assessment they used their formal name.
