Folders for limited access
Many , if not most, of my clients use Folders to limit users access to BAs. Right now, any user can see any BA. Creating folders by job does not work as the same job might be in different locations or departments. It will be impossible to convert these clients to PI2 as they do not want users to be able to see data from other locations or departments - only HR.

Julie Hagovsky MergedIn Legacy, clients were able to have subfolders set up by functional groups or leaders to have limited access to the BA's. We would like to have subfolders available in 2.0 as many of our clients have subfolders set up in their system.

Matt Reading AdminFolders will not be available in PI2 as a tool to control access to Employees. A new solution will be introduced in 2025 to control which working relationships are available to Limited users of Inspire. Details forthcoming.
