    <content type="text/plain">We have run in to a very time consuming issue where we are limited to a max upload of 400 new users during an org upload. We also got many error messages due to us having to separate our data in to four uploads as an employee and their manager may not be on the same CSV upload so we consistently receive error messages that the managers did not exist. We would then have to remove those individuals and do more uploads. For an org upload there should be no limits on number of employees added and no requirements for the manager to already be in the system. We spent almost 4 hours trying to add 1700 employees and send invites to take the assessment.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When a user is added to PI that was linked to another account or to a demo account, the user doesn't receive the invitations to the new account.  Cleaning up the error messaging on creation vs finding out from the client would be a minimum viable solution.  Other approaches could be: &#13;
&#13;
• One thing I have seen work well in the past is a notification at the time of creation…this could allow a user or partner to confirm the user is indeed under their instance.  That would allow the process to continue…&#13;
• the other way this could be resolved is if a domain is added to an instance, that would allow users in a trail to be released….my assumption (which is dangerous I know) is that in a case of an acquisition you have a method to migrate data in a more formal way so it would make sense that registering a domain would allow the release of those – and for any public domains (gmail.com, etc) it could just ignore them or something.</content>

There should be a way to look for somebody, mark that person, and search again but keeping the people you already selected.</content>

When these are implemented, the HRIS system is the system of recrod, as it should be. Then First Name becomes the first name in the PI Software - so many people don't go by thier legal first name. Most HRIS systems have a Preferred Name field to cover this, it defaults to the First Name unless changed. It would be so AMAZING to have that in PI2. &#13;

Integration is very helpful in NDR. This makes it frustrating, we have a couple of clients that I don't think anyone goes by their legal first name.  Please help!</content>

    <content type="text/plain">We are working to increase the usage and adoption of PI tools in our hiring process; however, given the lack of reporting functionality, it is very difficult to track our progress. As an admin on the account, I should be able to download reports of user activity to see how many assessments each user is sending; however, the current setup requires that I reach out to our vendor for this data. Also, it would be helpful to see how many assessment invitations result in a completed assessment.&#13;
&#13;
Additionally, we would like improved reporting capabilities to track usage generated per assessment link or by folder group. This would help us identify groups within our business that are using the tools versus areas where more support is needed.&#13;
&#13;
It would also be helpful to have reporting on job assessments created - including a breakdown of candidates tagged to the job. This would help us track the conversion and success rate of candidates based on their PI match to the role. Overall, we would just like to have greater reporting capability as account administrators.</content>

The Dashboard widget automatically sends the employee their Behavioral results regardless of the assessment link settings being set to no email notification/results upon completion. It does not make sense to me that the shortcut/widget on the dashboard would behave differently from the settings we have set for our organization. It would be extremely helpful if the dashboard and other assessment links would behave the same way and have their settings connected. At the very least, having an option/checkbox, like in the Inspire module, on the dashboard is necessary.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">The current Download CSV button label and behavior are misaligned with how clients expect exports to work. Clients are selecting specific employees, clicking Download CSV, and receiving the full directory export instead. The curated export is available, but it is hidden in the dropdown menu and not discoverable in the moment.&#13;
Why it matters: This creates a “selection implies export” expectation gap. From the client’s perspective, the product is ignoring their selections, which reads like a bug, even if it is technically functioning as designed.&#13;
Recommendations:&#13;
1. Update functionality (preferred): If users have selected employees, Download CSV should export only the selected employees. If nothing is selected, it should export the full directory.&#13;
2. Or update labeling + UI cues: Keep current functionality, but relabel and clarify:&#13;
- Button label: Download full directory CSV&#13;
- Dropdown option: Download selected employees CSV</content>

Those with Org Admin/Cog Admin permissions are shown as a filled in checkbox with a checkmark and those without these permissions show as an empty box. &#13;

While these boxes are 'greyed' out indicating changes cannot be made from the Employee Directory/Employee Access Settings, the way it is currently displayed in the software makes it seem like Org Admins/Cog Admins are able to grant and enable users these permissions directly from the Employee Directory, instead of within the user's record. &#13;
&#13;
Some suggestions would be to replace the empty boxes with dashes if the user does not have these permissions or making the checked boxes like checkmarks so they appear more like a status overview and removing empty boxes, instead of a place where an Org Admin can make changes.</content>

I have a client that was at one point retired and has a csv file of all previous PI data. They now have an active account and want to add all previous 2000+ assessments. There is no bulk option to upload score IDs. Currently, the only option is to enter score Ids one-by-one into their software.</content>

This can be confusing for non–org admin users who do not have the “Edit Employee Details” permission. When they attempt to edit an employee’s name or email, they see greyed-out fields and this banner, which implies software access is required for the action they’re attempting. While the message is technically correct for editing permissions, software access is not required to edit employee details.&#13;
&#13;
My question/request is whether this messaging could better reflect what’s actually happening:&#13;
&#13;
Should the banner appear preemptively when the block is permission-based rather than software-access–based?&#13;
&#13;
Could it appear only after a user attempts to edit permissions without software access?&#13;
&#13;
For users lacking the Edit Employee Details permission, could a clearer message be shown (e.g indicating they don’t have permission to edit)</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Allow the option to select NO ACCESS under Bulk Actions in the Administration section of PI.  Right now, only Limited and Admin role security is allowed to be selected.    Use case:   We have a need to change access for a number of employees and am wondering why when using the bulk actions in the Employee Access Settings, under the options for Design (Change Design Access) , it does not allow you the ability to give NO ACCESS? The only options are LIMITED and ADMIN. However, I have about 15-20 users that are set up with LIMITED access to DESIGN and they should NO ACCESS. To manually change this many  staff take a very long time as you need to open up each employee individually and click NO ACCESS and SAVE (which takes like 15-30 seconds to save) and when you exit that screen you have to sort and filter the employee listing to get to the next person.</content>

First request:&#13;
Create invitation for candidate #123, job #456, test: PI Behavioral&#13;
→ Invitation created, ID = 789.&#13;
&#13;
Second request (retry with same key):&#13;
System sees it’s the same candidate, job, and test.&#13;
→ Instead of creating a new invitation, system returns:&#13;
200 OK – existing invitation ID = 789.&#13;
&#13;
Result: candidate only ever gets one invitation, even if ATS sends the request multiple times.</content>
